Tablet With Banana – Make your own homemade enriched dark chocolate bars. In our recipe we have added plantain chips, raisins, coconut and goji berries.

Ingredients for Tablet With Banana, Coconut, Raisins And Goji Berries

  •  400 g dark chocolate
  •  1 tbsp coconut oil
  •  1 tbsp raisins
  •  1 green plantain
  •  1 tbsp dry rolled coconut
  •  1 tbsp goji berries
  •  Salt

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 180 °. Peel the banana and cut into thin slices. Sprinkle a pinch of salt. Brush them with the coconut oil and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake 10 minutes, flip and bake 5-10 more minutes. Remove from the oven and let them cool.

Step 2

Melt the chocolate in a double boiler. Prepare 2 molds for the chocolate tablet. Remove the chocolate from the heat and stir it so that it loses a little heat. Divide it into the 2 molds and let it cool a little.

Step 3

Spread the banana chips , raisins, coconut, and goji berries with light pressure. Let it finish cooling down.
