When you are talking to your child, do not use the harsh word and loud tone. The more calmly you speak to your child, your child also responds softly and calmly. Use of harsh words makes your child upset and the situation goes worst. You should be aware of your words and voice tone.

Most of the children admit that they have been slapped by their parents. This physical force has a negative impact on your child’s development and behavior. Try to avoid physical force on the child. You need to control yourself and don’t hurt the child.

Meditation and yoga help you to be calm and relaxed when you are handling a child. Watch your own behavior. Not only physical force hurt your child, but words also cause deep wounds in the heart.
